• Financial transaction records – Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• KYC and identity verification documents – Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction.
• Customer support communications – Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
• Marketing data – Retained until you withdraw consent or opt out of marketing communications, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.

When personal data is no longer required, gkbet will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our data retention and disposal procedures.

Some of gkbet's service providers and technology partners may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to recipients in other countries, gkbet ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to provide a level of data protection equivalent to that required under Philippine law.

By using the gkbet Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal data to countries outside the Philippines where necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to the safeguards described above.

The gkbet Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. gkbet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

gkbet will respond to your request within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, we may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it. We will not charge a fee for standard requests, but may charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

With your consent, gkbet may send you promotional emails, SMS messages, or in-platform notifications about new games, bonuses, promotions, and other gkbet services that may be of interest to you. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by:

• Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email we send you.
• Updating your communication preferences in your gkbet account settings.

Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, gkbet will continue to send you transactional and service-related communications that are necessary for the operation of your account, such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts.
