These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gkbet ("gkbet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the gkbet online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at gkbet.asia (the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the gkbet Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and gkbet.

To register and use the gkbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of gkbet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the gkbet Platform or any other gaming platform operated by gkbet or its affiliates.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant gaming authority.

gkbet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

To access the full features of the gkbet Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share your username or password with any third party.
• Notify gkbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein. gkbet employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.

gkbet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the gkbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). gkbet supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Filipino players:

• GCash – instant deposits and withdrawals
• PayMaya / Maya – instant deposits and withdrawals
• Bank Transfer – BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card – Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC verification will not be able to process withdrawals. gkbet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Platform, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.

gkbet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any transaction and to delay or decline any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

gkbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. gkbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• gkbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

All games available on the gkbet Platform are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

By participating in any game on the gkbet Platform, you agree to:

• Abide by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the Platform.
• Accept the outcome of all games as final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
• Not use any software, tool, algorithm, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Not exploit any error, malfunction, or bug in the Platform software. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by gkbet.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on gkbet's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative and final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gkbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or gkbet staff through any communication channel.
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering or using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

All content on the gkbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of gkbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of gkbet.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gkbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

gkbet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gkbet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In no event shall gkbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gkbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gkbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

gkbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.

Upon termination of your account for cause, gkbet may forfeit any balance, bonus funds, or pending withdrawals in your account. Upon termination at your own request (voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

You may close your gkbet account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

gkbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gkbet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the gkbet Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gkbet Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or Platform operations, players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
